Baarn proposal
Lucien den Arend chose this location not only because of its length. Aside from the strong perspective of the rows of trees - the small rise which can be seen in the distance, between the left trees, appealed to him. The three oaks there evoke Rembrandt's etching three trees of 1643. trajectory for Rembrandt - 2002 - Salix Alba (white willow) - arc length 250m - BaarnThe Netherlands (view to the North) |
